Experienced Corporate Solicitor (5PQE+)  sought for new role within top-rated team and firm in Manchester City Centre

Leading, Manchster-based UK commercial law firm

Very strong regional and national Corporate offering

Recognised for providing high level advice to a varied, enviable client base

Based central Manchester

THE ROLE:

Their highly rated Corporate team provides a full-service offering and includes transactional work across M&A, Corporate Finance and Private Equity. They have particular expertise in Private Equity, across all areas of the sector, with the team comprising not only corporate lawyers but also specialists in banking, fund formation, tax and employment.

This role however is focussed more on Corporate Governance matters, where you will get the opportunity to work closely with corporate clients in a more advisory capacity.

It will provide a great training and insight into the inner-workings of organisations. As an experienced Corporate solicitor, you will also be expected to supervise, train and develop more junior members of the team.

Opportunity to work alongside some of the best Corporate lawyers in the area.

THE CANDIDATE:

Experienced Corporate Solicitor (minimum 5PQE), with your training and experience gained at a firm regarded for Corporate Law, backed by strong academics
