Our client is a market leading insurance law firm who are looking to recruit an RTA Litigator for their growing Personal Injury team in Doncaster. The successful candidate will be handling complex Litigated RTA cases from inception through to conclusion.

The role will mostly be litigated fast-track RTA & EL/PL files, with some multi-track and complex/technical files. As such, Part 7 RTA experience is essential. There will also be the opportunity to help support and supervise junior team members. Due to the nature and source of the work, the law firm has continued to grow, despite the whiplash reforms and lockdowns, and will continue to do so.
