Experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor required for a new role within tier-1 rated team of a good regional firm – to be based in Derby. Excellent salary.
The firm is a full service commercial practice which has cemented its place as one of the top regional law firms in the East Midlands. Their Commercial Litigation offering is very-well rated and acts for clients across sectors such as construction, retail and Banking/finance.
Due to expansion they are looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor (5PQE+) to their team in Derby.
They are looking to speak to qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 5PQE in Commercial Litigation, with your training and experience ideally gained at a leading national or regional firm recognised for Litigation.
It is essential that you have the core skills, quality and versatility to work on any type of commercial dispute. The cases span a wide-ranging spectrum of general commercial and professional negligence disputes, including shareholder disputes, construction, contentious probate, injunctions and arbitration.
