We have been instructed by a highly successful international company to source a commercial lawyer, to be based in Leeds on an initial 12 month fixed term contract. Our client would be interested in speaking with commercial lawyers of all levels, however the focus is on the 1-4 PQE level. Whilst commercial experience would of course be highly valued, our client will also consider those from a Corporate or Litigation background too.
This would be an excellent opportunity for anyone with demonstrable top quality commercial experience. Specific experience will ideally include Retail alongside general commercial contracts, outsourcing transactions and data protection. This will involve working closely with senior colleagues across the business. The volume and complexity of contracts they handle and the dynamic nature of their business means this will be an exciting and rewarding role.
Large firm background and excellent academics are essential in order to be considered for this opportunity. Excellent salary and benefits on offer for this fixed-term contract.
