Top tier Leeds law firm seeks quality commercial, IT and Intellectual Property solicitor (2/3PQE) to join its award-winning team.
The Commercial and IP team team undertake a mixed workload of predominantly general commercial contracts, IT, software licensing and outsourcing work. The specialist Intellectual Property team handles non-contentious and contentious IP matters including copyright, domain names, patents, design rights, trade marks, confidential information and database rights.
The team act for clients in a multitude of industries including retail and consumer, financial services, transport, utilities, pharmaceuticals and engineering. They regularly advise multinational plcs and successful national organisations.
Our client is looking to recruit an assured solicitor (2/3PQE) who has particularly good experience of advising on the non-contentious side of IP law. You should be working at a highly regarded national, regional or City firm known for its commercial, IT and/or Intellectual Property work. A healthy attitude towards business development would also be a distinct advantage.
