Corporate Solicitor (x2)

2 x Corporate Solicitor sought by highly-rated, award winning National firm with offices in Leeds. One role will be more junior (2-4PQE), whilst the other is more senior (5-8PQE)

Based in central Leeds

THE ROLES:

The team do a range of work for clients from quality SMEs to owner-managed businesses and large corporates

Excellent caseload, predominantly advising on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, Private Equity/Venture Capital transactions, listed company transactions and IPOs.

They have an established Corporate team and are looking to bring in two further solicitors – one at the junior end (2-4PQE) and another for a more experienced candidate (5-8PQE).

Junior Solicitor – from 2-4PQE
