THE ROLE:

Broad range of Financial Litigation work, with Clients across a broad range of sectors – private, public and third sector – making for a broad spread and rewarding mix of work.

The team has a wide range of experience across both general Commercial and Financial dispute work – one aspect of the role will be working against banks and other institutions in relation to the mis-selling of financial products and services.

The successful candidate will also assist with a varied caseload within the Financial Litigation team from inception to conclusion.

CANDIDATE:

NQ Financial Litigation Solicitor with your training and experience gained at a firm regarded for its Dispute Resolution expertise.

Ideally, specific experience of complex, large-scale financial mis-selling claims.

It is also required that you have the core skills, quality and versatility to help further the team’s profile via business development and marketing opportunities.
