Professional Indemnity Solicitor

Leading National practice with offices in Bristol is seeking a seasoned professional indemnity solicitor to join their award-winning specialist claims team – the successful candidate will focus on providing indemnity advice with their insurer clients and wider client base.

This highly regarded team undertakes coverage work over all classes of business for a prestigious, sought-after client-base.

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on claims management, coverage disputes, policy wordings, claims notifications and presentations, negotiations with insurers and related recoveries.

The ideal candidate will at least 4+ years’ PQE in dealing with complex contentious insurance matters, with a particular regard for coverage advice. Good academics alongside experience of working within a reputable competitor law firm are essential.
