Ambitious Commercial Solicitor sought for new role with a highly-regarded practice based in the heart of Leeds City Centre

THE FIRM:

Well-regarded Leeds-based law firm, with a solid reputation gained over many years.

Based Leeds city centre.

THE ROLE:

Broad range of non-contentious Commercial work, with a growing amount of information governance and data-protection focused work.

Client across a broad range of sectors, private, public and third sector making for a broad spread and rewarding mix of work.

Work will involve:

Providing non-contentious legal advice on specialist information governance and data-protection advisory matters

Advising clients across tech businesses and individuals; reviewing and drafting privacy policies and data processing notices; advising on various aspects of direct marketing and data protection compliance, ranging from small start-up clients to listed companies.

 CANDIDATE:

Ambitious Commercial Solicitor with between 1-4PQE, with your training and experience gained at a firm regarded for Commercial matters. Our client is also open to considering candidates with a slightly higher PQE for this role.

Specialism and experience within data protection and information governance would be an advantage to any application.

It is essential that you have the core skills, quality and versatility to work on any type of commercial matter. You will be someone with a commercial outlook who can act as a business advisor to clients.
