NEW ROLE: National Law firm are looking to recruit into the employment department of their Leeds office. The ideal candidate will have between 2-4 years’ PQE and an excellent track record in respondent matters, from a top 100 firm.
Extensive experience of advising on complex restrictive covenants will be a distinct advantage to any application.
The team provides a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment services, including: data protection, service agreements, maternity and parental leave rights, underperformance, sickness and misconduct procedures, boardroom disputes and severance claims, large-scale redundancies and business re-organisations and TUPE issues.
