With all of the economic uncertainty surrounding the upcoming referendum on EU membership, it is very pleasing to report that it has been very evident this year that law firms of all sizes have posted higher retention figures for NQ solicitors than we have seen since the recession, with only a small handful of notable exceptions.
Equally encouraging, this enhanced retention has not just been seen in the transactional areas of Banking, Corporate and Real Estate, but also in contentious areas such as Commercial Litigation and Employment.
We have also managed to assist the vast majority of those who registered with CapeClarke, who did not remain with their training firms.
